Weiherer Beer Culinarium

Our highlight at the beginning of the year: At the Weiherer Beer Culinarium, our two brewers and beer experts Fabian and Peter as well our chef Roland delighted the guests with knowledgable facts about our liquid gold. Our chef Micha and the kitchen team conjured up a truly excellent Franconian four-course menu.

Each course was accompanied by the appropriate Weiherer beer and additionally an aperetif and a digestif. The guests were enthusiastic listeners, many questions were asked and answered and everyone had an entertaining, informative, funny and above all delicious evening. A big thank you to our team, especially Fabian, Peter and Micha as well as the whole kitchen and service team! The Beer Culinarium was a complete success and we will defintely do it again!
