Collaboration brew is Imperial IPA of the year

2 Franconian-American Collaboration brews, one common thought. Beer friendship beyond the borders. This is what makes up the collaboration between Weiherer Bier and Fat Head's Brewery from Ohio. And the result of this friendship, the two joint beers Imperial IPA and Hopferla, were awarded two times this year. Both received gold medals at the International Craft Beer Award, the Imperial IPA even became Imperial IPA of the Year.

Our "Summer" is Session Ale of the Year

The Kundmüller Brewery was successful at the Meininger´s Craft Beer Award Mai-Tasting: the Weiherer Summer Ale wins a Gold medal. And so it is not only one of the best summer beers in 2021, but was also ennobled with the title “Session Ale of the Year”.

Finally reopened !

Our brewery inn was closed for so many months. Now it's finally that time again we’ve been waiting for a long time. Our beer garden will open its doors on Saturday, May 22nd, 2021 at 10 a.m. And holiday guests can now book rooms and holiday apartments again.

Do you fancy a Bock ?

The strong beer is a real star: it has already won seven awards. And here comes medal number eight. The Weiherer Bock wins Gold at the bock beer tasting of the Meininger’s International Craft Beer Award.

Environmentally friendly beer enjoyment

Since the mid 1990s already, the protection of the climate and natural resources has been of particular importance to Weiherer beer. And just theses days, the Kundmüller Brauerei-Gasthof has now been recognized again for its qualified, voluntary environmental services as part of the Bavarian Environment + Climate Pact.
